Monthly Bookkeeping
We provide monthly bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online that includes but is not limited to account reconciliation, transaction categorization, Monthly reports, Accounts Receivable, Recording Bills and bill payments, Project tracking, and more. Cost is figured and is a flat fee based on case by case basis.
Books Cleanup
We provide books Cleanup and can do a Diagnostic review and provide you with information as to where potential issues are, how we can help correct the issues to bring the books current and accurate, and the potential to continue providing peace of mind going forward with monthly bookkeeping. Cost of cleanup will be provided BEFORE any cleanup is done with contract agreement with scope of what it will include, the cost, and projected timeframe to be completed. The larger the time frame the potential for more time being needed. We will provide you with the needed information to move forward.
